Heater submerged in Perlite? Peroxide & Water in perlite ?

So H2O2 tek's are crap, because it breaks down to fast to be benifical, and if added frequently for benifical effects it breaks down into excess water thus an aviodable breeding ground for contams. Did I comprehend everything right( getting close to fruting)?

peroxide's primary uses are on cobweb mold and in agar.
it's devastating on cobweb, melting it away.
and stirred into cooling agar it can be helpful in inhibiting competitors while living mycelia is transfered to it
[remember peroxide kills spores but not mycelia]
even spores can be germinated on peroxidated agar
providing a thick smear is applied
as the peroxide will be consumed in killing most spores
but that will create a peroxide-free zone where surviving spores can germinate.
