Bok Choy
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder

Cut the bottom core off of the bok choy (chinese cabbage) and wash good. Chop up into 1" pieces place into pot with heated olive oil, onions, seasonings and ham cubes. on med heat cook down for about 30 mins uncovered. Add water and cover. Lover heat between low and med and cook about 1 and 1/2 hours more. Serve hot.

Cornish Hen
Salt
Black pepper
Tobasco
Chicken rack or coat hanger
Crock pot

Season Cornish hen with seasonings. If you don't have a chicken stand rack that stands your chicken upright, you can make one by creatively bending a wire coathanger that will stick up into the birds' cavity and make a stand to hold it upright :: kinda like so.

Make sure the bottom will fit into a crock pot. place the seasoned racked bird into the crock pot, turn on high and cook for 3 hours. The cornish hen will be tender enough to fall apart. Enjoy with Bok Choy!
