hi all!.-
this is my first post con myco, just because i'd search a lot to get good answers posted before.-
so, on the book "psilocibyn mushs os the world" by Paul Stamets, refers to the high content of psilocibyn of the mushs growing on high tryptophan source substrate (like pharalis and others)
well, with this, FOAF decided to begin an experiment, with SUNFOWER SEED FLOUR.
with that flour, he makes PF cakes as usual.-
and here's some glasses after 14 days after innoc
another good source of tryptophan are :
pumpkin seed
sesame seed
oat seed
lentils and chickpea
so, FOAF has no experience with casing or bulk, so i need some guide for good substrate, able to be mixed with some of the grains above (rezz effect can be applied?)

Gartz used tryptamine´s and not tryptophan. Guys at the community made tryptophan trys but i dont know weather somebody see any success.

the substrate is Sunflower Flour and vermiculite

yes, triptamine and not tryptophan.- good material u upload.-

foaf thinks about use just vermiculite and one of those grains FLOUR, to make a bulk or casing.-

we'll see
