I got a nasty bug infection during veg and i sprayed them with raid, they died but my plants look fine. Is it doing internal damage? Or is just like spraying vegtables with posion and they taste bad and unhealthy for u?

bingo!
all that raid that got sprayed onto the soil gets disolved by water when you water the plant, and then sucked up by the roots and distributed throughout the plant, unless the plant is flowering/fruiting, then it'll all get concentrated in the flowers/fruit.

So should i flush all the raid out or just leave it, and if i understand u correctly if its not flowering when i srayed it will be in my flowers?

spray clean water on plant to wash
then flush soil well.

In the future, if you want to destroy pests use either neem oil (available at garden stores) or garlic pressed into water.

Raid is DDT, one of the first chlorinated hydrocarbons. Very deadly to all living things. I wouldn't even want to be in a room it was sprayed in if I could help it, but I'm more careful than most.
