lil bit of polyfill thru the holes in the handles (factory holes) to give em a lil bit of breathing.
Covered in tinfoil for incubation, then I will add a casing layer when this is ready.... Should be mid-week to late week when i get to do that.
I tell u what, the smell of these jars were just beautiful, i mean BEAUTIFUL!! They smelled just like fresh mushies ready to be picked!! Cant wait to see the monsters that come from this.......
Gotta get me a cool mist humidifier for this tub, since my old tek of bleach water with a bubble stone will not work with an application of this magnitude. That will be on wednesday that i pick up those items (cool mist, tubing, silicone, etc)........

wouldnt be surprised if that tub didnt require humidification, and if you're talking about those tiny holes at the handles.. that might not be much fae?
Yup a cool mist isn't neccesary IMO. I agree on the holes too.. you prob need more and I would make em lower down towards the level of the sub.

here are some pics of the redneck style FAE/humidity/light setup in my closet. everything is on a digital timer plugin, 2 hours on, 2 hours off. If I get too much humidity/fae, i can just set the timer different.

ive never had probs with bleach, and had plenty of probs with h202 for some odd reason........ but i will keep that in mind.
peroxide breaks down to water too quick and though it is good cuz of the oxygen it is still just water after it separates and it will grow nasty cray shortly....the agitation will probably make it degrade faster.
