The big one is the Lipa Yai and the small one is the Taz. We used Straw and coffee for the Lipa Yai's. For the Taz we used straw, coffee and composted cow poo. We use fresh coffee grounds for all our stuff because it cuts the colinization time in half, at least thats what we found. To pasteurize our straw we just put the straw, coffee and what ever else we want to use in a pillow case. Let it sit under water for an hour and a half. We then move it into a ice cooler in the bath tub half way filled with hot water. then add the boiling water to the cooler this is to get the water to 150 derges f. we have to keep boiling water to keep the temp just right. we do this for an hour and a half. after all that we remove the pillow case and ice cooler from the bath tub and spred the straw and stuff over a window screen over the bath tub to cool. It dosen't take very long. then put it in what ever we want.
