If your cake spawn was not well crumbled , it could fruit earlier from one of the larger chunks..Not that it's a big problem, the rest should come eventually ,proly more synchronized by the second flush..

Maybe I missed it, but how big is the bag?
What's your spawn:substrate ratio?
Did you make the sandbag yourself? You fruit in the bag, right?
I'm getting ready for an uber-bulk grow experiment, and was thinking of trying mega-sandbags made of those huge airport plastic bags they put over climbing backpacks and such.

:headbang:Well,
I took Cow Poop/verm/coir/straw/lime/perlite.
Lots of straw and poo, mixed with water, added verm and perlite till at field capacity. Then I filled 2 autoclavable ziplock bag samples I got from Associated Bag Company and I pasturized them in a cooler for 3 hrs at 160 deg.
I took some EQ WBS spawn I had and placed them in the large bag you see in the pics. Mixed well, put 3 small cuts in the bag, added polyfill, closed the top and let incubate at 75-80 deg.
After about half colonized, I compacted the bulk sub into a hard mound and Now it sits on the floor and there is a small 120mm comp fan blowing on it 18/6 along with with my girls on a timer.
I am not a measurer but see the pic below and it will give you an Idea of size.
Hope this helped!
