[vinz]

prep:

cleaned out the balcony:
dumped in shredded hpoo
and shredded straw


then spawned the left side w cambodians
and the right side w BHT


then mixed the spawn with the poo and straw


then i put a layer of potting soil on top


then watered the balcony heavily

then a week later i added some grass seed on the layer


pins showed in 2 1/2 weeks i think
then just kept on fruiting
not that even tho
but good enough for some extra spawn

I made a simular attempt on my balcony,Basicaly just a 40kg cake made up of straw,spent mushroom compost from the nursery,Some sand(that just kinda found its way in there,made the fruits a bit sandy too)
I then layerd the components as such into a garbage bag to retain moisture,as it is hell hot this time of year where i live and it just stood in the middle of nowhere;
Layerd:compost,straw(unpasturized,unsoaked i just wet it a bit)some spawn (bout half a qaurt)repeat till you got at least 3 to 4 layers,Altogether i use about 3 jars,GT.
after about a month it started fruiting,as the weather started to heat up.Rather irregular pinset,but dam does it produce!its been fruiting for about 2 1/2 months now still going strong,And thier hugh the smalest that i got so far was 25gr wet,picked a fat 101gramer on saterday and noticed new pins this morning.
I'll try to post some pics later,when I get my shit phone sorted out..

throwing them outdoors did bring out some mushrooms :)
