its probably been almost a week now under light..
my problem is.. there seems to be alot of tiny beads of moisture on the surface.. not dropping from the top of the FC.. but just accumulating
is this a big problem?
Should (paper) towel the moisture off? or just let it go
its just dewy.. not swampy, if yah know what i mean

im fanning it about 3-4 times a day.. and 1 box-fan burst, for about 5 minutes, to try to move all the air around in the room.
FC is shallow, and the top is s plastic sheet with holes, tacked into the sides.. the plastic gathers up moisture and it does bead (high rh), so i let it run off every time i fan
no signs of knots yet..

Oddly enough it's been my experience with mushrooms that's caused me to do something so idiotic and foolish as to stop eating meat products.
That's okay I guess, pigs are prettier to look at when their oinking. Ha.

with straw you get giant fruits but no so many. but the size makes up for the numbers. a little bit of water beeds is ok, but when it gets swampy like you said, it contams. just tossed out a bin today that had like 8 quarts spawned to 1 turkey tin of subs. the bin was spawned at 90+ temps in the sub which didn't help but it also increased the steam in the bin. this in turn created tons of moisture on the substrate and was birthed. but should have been wiped down or at least dealt with. it contamed 1 day later.
