I incubate around 80f and try to fruit around 70f..so yeah

Ya, temps directly affect the the metabolic rate of the little guys; within certain upper limits, higher temps have encouraged faster growth in all my grows thus far. Take two jars of the same strain and incubate one at 70F and the other at 85F, and I think you'll see a marked difference in colonization speed, and the principle should be the same for fruiting. Higher temps can favor unwanted contaminant growth, to be sure, but 60F is too cold for fruiting IMHO.

Been keeping the temp at 70F.
