Here's a testimony to neglect tech. I started sevearl logs of straw/poo and hid them in a cupboard for colonizing. A couple weeks went by and I ended up moving an F+ log to a different cupboard. It was a bit slower than the others , but doing ok.

I had a wedding to go to and I completely forgot about the F+ log. 10 days later I was in the cupboard for other reasons and I went to move the log. I felt something weird and when I went to pull out the log it was covered in something... mushrooms.

I could'nt believe that they had burst the seams of the bag and reached out. The mushrooms that grew inside were about 14 inches long when uncurled. I took prints and then placed the cleaned up log in my fruiter.
