The seal in the bag would would act like a space chamber would work. You poke a hole in the closed end and tape one of the ends to the box
The lock stays shut near the box till all the materials were in the bag and the other seal tied. The bag of course would be spray with lysol or bleach water before the stuff would be put in there.
I have used this method for a long time and never had any problems with transfering things in and out and keeping it sterile at the same time.

so you've made this or its just an idea? when connected is there any risk of large amounts of unclean air getting sucked threw the arm holes from the suction force of the bag opening?
ziplocks are sterile before use, are garbage bags as well? i see you clean yours, but if you never opened it before attaching it would it even be required?

Yes I made it.
Well you seal the lock by the glove box and stick spray nozzle in the other end of the bag{liquid not aersol} then tie that end and let it sit for 15 mins. You untie the end you just sprayed from and insert materials. close off that end with tie. open tie near glove box and move materials into GB. There is not much air in bag and none can get pulled in cause of the tie.
Yes the garbage bags are sterile to .I get them on a roll.

Cool airlock idea. I think "birth canal" is too PC, just call it a vagina.
