i read that if your pkg was actually confiscated, that you would get a letter from the agency that did so. so theft or bad practices are the other 2 answers. dont know yet really.

this is very true. swim had this happen to them 2 times. it moreless says they have taken your shit and if your wanting to dispute it you can contact them at ###-###-####.

of course you don't want to call and dispute it unless ur in a country that allows this.

they said they don't carry the strain i ordered anymore but have subcools queen anne's revenge that they can send me, or replace it with one of their own strains

seems they are trying to work to make it right, i'll keep you guys informed
