As beginner mycologist, I tried to build my 1st sterile environment. I ended doing this box, that you can see on photos..

Should I keep it as it ?

Or attach gloves to the holes ? if so, what about alcohol lamp inside, as I tend to have a "heavy hand" with alcohol spray ? :/

Maybe should I put aHEPA with a little fan for a pressure box ?

I'm looking for your advices :)

Thanks by advance ..

I use one very similar with no gloves. All I want is very still air. I do use an ionizer a few feet a way but before I got that I did it the same way without gloves and never had a problem. I dont put lamp inside gb either. I flame everything outside the gb. I just reach in and out as necessary with smooth slow movements to not stir the air. I do clea my gloved hands frequently in rubbing alcohol.

Looks nice with or without gloves. :eusa_clap
No alcohol is needed- warm water and dishsoap will do the trick. You aren't going to be laying slices of stems in the bottom of the tub, you just want to get rid of airborne contams.
