i will be using the supercake formula in all substrates from now on. there is nothing negative about adding this to your mix. in fact, even the extra nutritional yeast did no harm. id say it worked..

One question... given the speed of colonization and everything, I was just curious what the temperature of your grow room is and whether you think that makes a big difference.
Also, when you use the pressure cooker to pasteurize the bags of poo, how long and at what psi?

between 68-90 is a good temp for cubes imho. Higher temps accelerate growth of both mych and contams. If your not in a hurry i'd recommend the lower side of the temperature range.
The pressure cooker is not pressurized during pasteurization. Submerge the bags for 4 hours at around 140-170 degrees. A candy thermometer can be used to monitor the water temp. Do not boil. Make sure there is ample room for air expansion and that the air has been pressed out of the poo.
