Double pillow sack and take it to a laundry mat dryer?

LOL j/k

Someone actually did that with wet pot one time and stunk the whole town out. :pirate: Funny you mention this hip because I was thinking the same thing about woodchips etc.

I would suggest straining it the best possible then spread out on a tarp with a blower fan blowing across it. The kind they use for drying up after floods etc, or any you got. Turn it often. This may work by itself but if not you could pack the mostly dry poop into a large laundy type nylon bag and hang it in a closet (bucket or tarp under) with a space heater in that small space. It should dry quite well this way.

Best of luck

enough space to lay it out and dry with a couple fans?

if the wife will let you, maybe in pillow cases in the dryer?

I don't think i'd allow it, but it sounded good for the moment. :eusa_thin

lay it out on a tarp in a enclosed area like a garage with fans blowing on it. set a dehumidifer next to the pile on it highest setting. if you dont have a dehumidifer get a garage heater, you know those big tublar ones that burn propane. set that upstream of the pile not blowing directly on it. you will need ventalation so you dont suffocate yourselves(open the garage door). a mixture of these 2 would probably do it in a couple days. during the day run the heater then at night run the dehumidifer.

This won't work for fresh wet poo but if it is still somewhat moist you can crumble it and mix 50/50 with verm. the verm will suck alot of moisture out of it. Of course you won't have pure manure but poo/verm makes a dandy substrate mixture. Of course your guess is as good as mine on how to crumble 100 lbs of poo. Thats kind of a big job but you don't want to leave it in its clumpy "road apple" state

a cement mixer would work awesome, since tumbling would help aerate the poo, hence drying it out naturally.

yeah, I would say lay it out as thin as you can and use a few high powered floor blowers.

I'm thinking spread out thin on tarps with big fans in a basement or outbuilding?

Thats what i do too, spread out plastic in an empty room, spread out the crap on it, and keep the air circulating, also good to rake the shit around every day or so.

went to costco
and got a 10' x 20' tent/shed
figure i'll lay the poo out on tarps,
fire up the blower w/heat,
and should do decent large amounts
in short order,
straw too.
should have it all together by end of coming week,
too cold to work outside here today.
thx everyone for all the help.

i thought this would be an appropriate place to post this,
wats a good idea for grinding up the Hpoo , like say 2 garbage bags worth within 20-30 minutes,

i find shredding up my hpoo while its still a lil wet helps it breaks up an laying on a tarp in the hot sun for a day does it just right, but shredding by hand is getting old guys,??
any ideas for me guys on shredding Hpoo??

A chipper/shredder works great! You can also run straw through it a couple of times to prepare it for bulk use. I have a Sears residential model that hasn't let me down yet.
