I was going to ask you if you light shield the spawn bag sides but that question is irrelevant now!

Nice grow man. I'm a big fan of spawn bags myself.

You use the pre-sealable kind? I am not familiar with "Unicorn T3" as a designation.

No, the bags are not sealed, I seal them after spawning (in HEPA airflow) with tape.
The brand is Unicorn (the founder of mycobags with the best quality)
T3 is the size -just google it for details.

Hey, CF. What type of fruiting environment are you using? Or do you allow those to fruit in the open air?

I use clear plastic boxes as described before (check my other threads)
I fan one time a day and the boxes have holes plugged with synthetic wool.

Well then, TCO,
wish you all the luck you could get.

Those are far a way from being easy to grow...

BW,
Cap

One hint I got 4U. If the spawn (both grain and final sub) seem to be through, just let it sit for another week until you go on with it. You have to use VERY well grown myc, because they are extremely weak and mold-prone.

thanks for the advice :) we have germination! thanks again for the spores my friend. heh, now i have to scrub the clean room.

Those are quite stunning, Captain. I love to see the exotics. That sounds like a bitch to grow, though.

Reading the Captains threads you see he states a dozen times that he doesn't eat the fruits. He obviously likes to grow and film them and does a great job at both.
