you can do this simply by thinking about the size you want to plant.........and since you are talking micro an indica strain is necessary.......you can use floros but i would use a small hps and and basically all you need to know is that your plant will double to triple in size during flower.......so sex them early and you should have micro plants......

Python by micropropagation I meant growing plant tissues on agar from leaf cuttings, you know like lil popcorn-sized buds on agar in small jars.
With the right hormone mixes you can get certain tissues in the leaf to change functions, so it'll form shoots & roots. Then you transfer to agar with a differant hormone mix and try to bud the tiny plant. Might not have potency worth it though, just wondering if anyone here has attempted such.

ok ok, i am familiar with what you are saying as well........didnt take it as such an advanced question.....<----damn stoners

botany is my current path so i have a bit of knowledge about this.

micropropigation is done within agar in sterile conditions obviously......then you have to have your plant from which almost all cells are capable of regenerating the organism that it came from. (those cells are totipotent).....

the reason it is nice is because it creates the plant in a sterile condition which reduces the possibility of diseases greatly and may increase potential. (pathogen -free)

but for mj i would think you would go with some meristem cultures (who knows, you might want to go for protoplasts :) ) Basically the meristem is the root tip and the shoot tip......in here apical cells are dividing rapidly and this is a obvious choice for tissues

you would take meristem tissue into your agar and propigate it until a callus is formed . Once this callus forms the plant can develop from it. The callus develops quickly from the root meristem. The callus could form a shoot. The callus with a shoot can be transferred to soil and leaves could grow.....and you'd have a microproigated plant....in theory

actually the plant should be grown large/cloned
