Strain is Hawaiian, laid down pint jars of colonized brown rice side-by-side in cider jug bottoms. Covered with 1/2" of 50/50 and put to the fruiting chamber. Enjoy!

have you ever tried crumbling the cakes and
mixing w/ the 50/50 mix rez-effect style? I never tried just putting the cakes in whole but obviously it works good either way

vrooota I've never tried that, I like the simplicity of casing things whole (less downtime, and opportunity for contams to set in.)

You sure can. But seeing as how they are already cased for this setup, that would be a bit difficult. (i.e. removing casing material, no good)
