That's funny. When I lived in Denver, I remember there would be a foot of snow many times and a blizzard, I would be out by my grill. Nothing like the grill.... Mmmmm Steak.... Mmmm chicken. Now I gotta go eat.
Thanks for that recipe, I'm going to try it as soon as I fill my propane tank.

i love peanut chicken. the chinese place here has it. never tried it homeade though. lol, we love grilling. about two yrs ago that was the only source (besides micro) to cook on, since they had shut off our gas. pretty much any veggie is good rubbed in oil and garlic powder and salt/pepper.

Oh yeah that looks good, bookmarked it so next time on the grill im gonna give it a shot. Thanks for sharing your recipe:bow:! I always give my chicken a nice burnt layer some people would say to much some would say just right. I just like it burnt.
