Hi Folks,
celebrating the final result of Workmans Analysis of my Psilocybe Samuiensis culture I now want to show a mycobag culture of the isolate which survived 4yrs. in a regular (non temp. stable) fridge.

Psilocybe Samuiensis Unicorn Mycobag culture.
- Isolate as mentioned above
- Spelt grain spawn (20days)
- Sterilized (2,5hrs.) Substrate mix: Straw 70%, Horse manure 15%, Grass Seed (div. called 'Spiel & Sportrasen') 15% (20 days)
- (Very thin) Casing layer: Pot Flower Soil, pasteurized
- Temperatures: Spawn 27-28 Degr. Celsius, Fruiting 23-24 Degr. Celsius
- Pins after 12days
