hey guys, it's been awhile, but could you help me out?

my searches can't find something I used to have dl'ed.

I'm looking for the PDF version of waylit's peruvian spice tek.

if someone could find it or post it up for me, I'd be eternally grateful.

also, on a side note: I'm looking through Teks for extracting O directly from Poppie Pods, as opposed to score 'n' scrape.

yep, I think that's it, but I'm looking for the one that shows from the boxes of San Pedro all the way through and actually links to the PDF of the tek.

I broke my backup floppy of it.

not that my new laptop has a hole for it, but you know.
