to use a smiley from this page....
right click on desired smiley
click properties
highlight the entire 'location' destination path
control+c to copy the highlighted text
go to the place in your post you are trying to put smiley
click on the
icon located in the tool bar above
in the box under "please enter url of image"
hit control+v to paste the location path
click ok and now your smiley is in the message!
