Foaf simply bleached a random mix of coir and cactus soil. Mixed it till it 'felt right', and then threw a few colonised woodchips into the mix.
It colonised poorly, but seemed to make a nice environment to hold moisture and humidity.

Here's some progress.
They had a days worth of indirect light through a window. 2-3 days back in the incubator and there's another dozen or so pins.
Would it be useful to apply casing to the tub? How can I make sure some of these lil guys mature, or should I just keep neglecting them?

Stamets says "no casing required" in his culitvation guide.
I wouldn't case it . would hate to mess up a good thing.
