Sweet place. I'm not in a financial situation to do anything but buy bread, but if I can ever find a big-ass ranch-style place with lost of greenery...i'm definitely going to join the club.

Congrats, Hip, the place looks great.

How's the fishing, btw?

Awwwww hip thats a great spot. Funny when I look at your home and property really reminds me of the place my parents raised me in.

I was going to say the same thing. When my parents they first bought their house, and I was but a wee one, it looked almost just like that.
congrats

Wow, that's awesome. I really like the new place. I had a beagle, Marley. He was the smartest dog ever. Really cool place. When's the Topia party? What should I bring?

Cool beans Hippie, you have way more than enough land to be self sufficient. I have about 5 acres and my back fence borders a 14,000 acre nature preserve that's closed to the public and owned by the local university for agricultural studies :) I'm right in the middle of cubensis country. It's like heaven...if heaven was like a humid steam bath 6 months of the year :P Hope I didn't give too many clues away to location ;) If the shit ever really hits the fan I'm gonna be getting fat on wild turkey, pigs and fox squirrels. Plenty of fresh water lakes and springs within a short hike. Hell, I even have a neighbor with landing strip. It's really more like a cow pasture with a wind sock but if you get lucky and dodge the gopher holes the landings ain't too rough LOL
