A simple spill-proof method for filtered air injection to liquid cultures.

this is an integrated system,
the polyfil syringe acts as an air filter,
the silicon ports are self-sealing after injection.
can be used to get liquids out of sealed jars,
inject liquids/spores/nutes into sealed jars,
let filtered air in/out as needed, where needed.

But i'm not a fan of that rtv sealant that hippie uses i would just go to a hardware store and buy a silicone sealant that says for high temperatures
my next experiment will be to try this airport on some BRF cakes to see about contams. may even be a glovebox-less alternative but i'm getting ahead of myself must test first

works great for me so far,
takes repeated injections and seals every time too.
