So my wife just informed me again today what a bithcy shitty snappy attitude I have the last few days... my response is pretty dam simple. It is freakin winter and the cabin fever has set in. Cold dreary wet days just don't bring the best out of us human beings friends.

I see from todays posts that many others are affected the same way. I also have noticed over the years that this happens here about the same time every year.

So with that being said I'll try to be nice but a little warm sunshine would be nice.

I usually suffer this shit sometimes until around easter. Kinda like rising from the cave.

Anyways I will work on me if you'll work on you and we'll all see better days ahead.

Peace

The vision in my third eye always get's a little fuzzy this time of year. The darkness and cold can bring one down quickly.

Grab some friends, hit the pub and shoot the shit. Good medicine for days like these.

Done deal Grave... we went back to bed a second time this morning and I do feel better!

I really think it is more to do with the short light cycle of winter than anything else.

I've seen where people actually put a UV light inside, say in front of a treadmill, then walk for the first 30 minutes of the day in front of the light. Supposedly helps a high percentage of the people who suffer.
