Yep. Up the air exchanges per day. Around 3-4 if you can.

I can't tell exactly, but there does appear to be the formation of hyphal knots on your cakes. Next 48 will confirm it. How long have they been birthed?

They have been in the grow chamber for about 8 days now. But I think that we may have taken them out of the incubator a little bit early, so we were kinda worried that they were not going to work out. What other ways can we tell that the cakes are pinning?

yup. early pinning; see how it's 'knotted' up in little wads...thence come pins. very nice!!
looks like yer setting up for a decent flush. beautiful isn't it?

....... but dont be discouraged if you dont see anything in 48 hours ... its not ALWAYS 48 hours ... could be a bit longer depending on all the grow parameters.

Especially if the temperature is cold... it takes *forever* at 60F. :(
