Lookin good Myc, have you considered a thin layer of organic potting soil on top? From my experience, having a soil layer really encourages fruiting. It also prevents the top layer of wood chips from drying out.

I have several tubs much like the one photographed. I'll be trying several methods....casing, casing with grass planted, etc....
I have some excellent mushroom compost that will work well - same consistency as potting soil.
