I also add verm to my popcorn. I simmer till it's fully hydrated, rinse well, then put in a 5 gal bucket and add verm until it feels dry on the outside of the kernels. Then load into bags and pc. Works like a charm.

++ Beating TastyBeverage with fish.... erh...
I mean :
++ TastyBeverage's tek w/ popcorn. Just the way I do it.
I use the jars for g2g, and use PF style lids w/ double tyvek over them, then the band.
Never had to re-hydrate with popcorn... only had failure with excess moisture and not rotating the jars.

Those kernels look pretty well hydrated to me. Those few kernels in the pics that look like the skin is all cracked and dried is just the skin. I mean the skin splits open when the pulp inside swells with water until the skin can no longer contain the swelling. The pulp is what holds the water rather than the skin.
Those kernels look big and round and well hydrated.
Even if the corn is under hydrated, a few cc's of water ain't gonna get it done now.
How long have you been waiting Jigalow?

understand the slow down of the growth and the Myc
is looking chalky. As there is no change in the environment
And this is my 1st Popcorn grow I'm a bit paranoid lol
