you run a chemical analysis of concert drugs do ya ?
Hey there might be a job in that for an unemployed chemist such as myself. I could setup a Gas chromatograph at a booth inside the area and tell people if there drugs are any good or not. And if they are good, I'll accept some as payment for services rendered.

I was just commenting on the confusion these days between pcp and formaldehyde. they are commonly confused w each other, as ive heard a lot of guys identify "wet" as a blunt w 'pcp' soaked into it. Ive had to correct some that it was in fact formaldehyde. Of course, one can never be certain of the identity of dope scored at shows. I was just speaking in general terms what pcp is thought to be.you run a chemical analysis of concert drugs do ya ?

wasnt there a table like that at the raves in the 90's until around 2005? I remember the Dancesafe kits, anyway. you could test your rolls for purity. I think theyre still sold. anyway I knew a guy that had a huge catalog where you could buy cop gear. In that catalog you could order field test kits for amphetamines, opiates, cocaine, thc, etc. You didnt need a liscence for them, but you did need a liscense for the tear gas 40mm grenade launchers.Hey there might be a job in that for an unemployed chemist such as myself. and he is correct about it being passed off as pcp.
it's no good,
once saw a guy, in his 20s, in a long-term care facility
for the neurologically impaired
from smoking too much formaldehyde.
ugly.

I was once working in Palo Alto California, moving a lab out of the Institute of Molecular Biology to another building, and had a large vessel of recovered formaldahyde break while I was in the elevator. Man I wasn't sure I was gonna make it outta that damn elevator before passing out! They evacuated two floors while We cleaned up....
doh!

I believe they are preserved in it. anyway The recovered formaldehyde was from a lab used in manufactureing Alpha Lipoic Acid and K-Rala.. wheres wildburr, he knows this shit.. It was hard as hell to breathe in that elevator is all I know.. haha

I was pretty confused when i was asked for 'Molly' a few years back at that thing in the desert. All the kids were using it to mean ecstacy, but i guess there is new slang for it now. Dunno if 'Molly' is still in use. Back in the day when i was doing MDMA it was pure powder in a capsule and we just called it 'E'.
Since Golly's wonderful honey tek, my friends and i have taken to calling shrooms 'honey'. We can talk about it right in the open and no one questions it.
As far as I've heard, "Molly" is supposed to be pure x, with no other substances added. How often it actually is, I can't say... but the term is still used.

I've even seen MDA being called "molly". Most times I had seen what they call "sassafrass" called molly these days.

No, formaldehyde doesn't smell like fish. It can smell differently depending upon its concentration, as can many organic chemicals, and various pollutants would also alter its aroma. It has rather an acrid smell. And yes, it is the same chemical used to preserve your biology class dissection frog or whatever. Principle ingredient in embalming fluid too.
To me at least, ether smells much 'lighter' and 'sweeter'. It's often used in various extractions so it's likely to be found in many products that have been homebrewed.
In any case, none of this kind of stuff (aromatic organic compounds) is good for us to inhale or otherwise ingest. Goodbye kidneys. Adios liver. That kind of thing.
The herb, the 'shroom, the healthy, the whole, the organic as known to nature not the one known to modern chemistry is whatcha want.

I would LOVE to run a gas chromatograph at a concert venue. If we had a representative government worthy of the name, there would be one at every concert to protect our youngsters from the unscrupulous and\or incompetent.

I haven't heard that term in over 20 years. Around New Jersey we used to call liquid PCP leaky leak and the crystal PCP was often passed off as T or canabinol. Another term we used for PCP was DD Bomber cause it came in a paper packet with a picture of a WWII bomber on it.Pcp and all stuff related to that is called leaky leak around here.

Weird "buzz", drooling blankness, numbness. Carcinogenic as all get out.
