I was given the opportunity to buy a electric pressure cooker and am wondering if anyone here has any experience with them? Im just skeptical wether it will be sufficient for our myco needs.:eusa_wall

If it goes to 15psi and you can fit all the jars you want inside it is fine.

its a 4 quart but the man says there isnt a guage on it for PSI and he isnt sure if it goes up to 1500 or not. i might end up just doing stove top i guess...:bow:

i wouldn't mess with one so small, electric or not.

most of the ones without a gauge go to 12-15 psi
so that would work to do a few/small jars/bags
