I have looked around and the right PSI for a pressure cooker to sterilize PF jars is consistantly around 15. However, the time differential from different sources is crazy. What is the right about of time required for a complete sterilization of your jars in a 15 psi pressure cooker.

I've seen people talking about 30 or so minutes for 1/2 pints and pints. Personally, I like to go for 60 minutes @ 15psi for 1/2 pints and pints (90 minutes for steaming in a pot) and 90 minutes @ 15psi for quart jars...

I go 1 hour at 15 psi. I always have gotten the impression that 1 hour is the standard time.

I go 30 minutes.
I guess asking all of us is going to give you different times too lol.
I'd suggest going with 45mins to 1 hour just to make sure. Then you can work on a minimum time that works for you later.
