Pholiota Nameko Isolate culture in Unicorn Mycobag T3.
- Isolate culture, from spores of invitro fruitbody, original culture by Tyrostock.com (currently offline)
- Rye grain spawn (11days)
- Sterilized (2,5hrs.) Beech mix (sawdust, small pieces, etc. with 10% wheat bran (17 days)
- No casing, misted daily.
- Temperatures: Spawn 27°-28° Celsius, Fruiting 15° Celsius
- Pins after 16days after spawn was colonised (and culture was brought to fruiting temps.)

Comments:
VERY tasty mushroom, forms great clusters and do have a lovely appearance. Nameko is really one of my favorites and not that hard to grow.

WOW, these are amazing pics, and wonderful specimens.

You say they are very tasty?

I am really going to have to start looking for edible cultures/prints!

Again, These are really great, thank you for posting.

The spores are brown. And they sporulate like hell, as you can see in the pix, they even stain they own caps brown.
