Kuehneromyces mutabilis (Pholiota mutabilis) Isolate culture in Unicorn Mycobag T3.
- Isolate culture by GAMU.de (cloned from dowels)
- Rye grain spawn (14days)
- Sterilized (2,5hrs.) Beech mix (sawdust, small pieces, etc. with 10% wheat bran (14 days)
- No casing, misted daily.
- Temperatures: Spawn 27°-28° Celsius, Fruiting 13° Celsius
- Pins after 30days after spawn was colonised (and culture was brought to fruiting temps.)
Comments:
Great mushroom, a sister of Pholiota Nameko, grows nearly the same and fruits are looking very similar. It lacks the typical glutinous appearance. (which makes it easier to handle)
The primordia won't mature if kept above 15° Celsius.

Nice Pholiota flushs. I hear they taste alittle like cashews.
Are you using some sort of round reflective orb in your photography to show more detail? Nice
