where did you get the clone material? i'm fruiting stamets' blue oyster strawlog now and the stems are inedibly tough... i hate the amount of waste material. would love to try growing these guys if they're easy like blues.

How heavy is this bag and how many kgs of mushrooms do you harvest during the first flush and the second flush?

Hey bro, why the stems are not edible?



They are edible and I dont find them that tough, you just have to cook them a little longer. I usually make a soup with them, that tends to soften them up pretty well.
