- Isolate culture, clone drom supermarket fruitbody
- Rye grain spawn (8days)
- Sterilized (2,5hrs.) Straw/Straw Pellets 50% & Beech 40% mix (sawdust, small pieces, etc.) PLUS 10% wheat bran (14 days)
- No casing, misted daily.
- Temperatures: Spawn 27°-28° Celsius, Fruiting 15°-16° Celsius
- Pins 12days after culture was brought to fruiting temps.
Comments:
Taste is in my opinion on the top with Shiitake and Nameko, forms weird looking mushrooms, but they are overall soft and you won't have to throw anything away.
Seems to fuit more than 2 times like Stamets describes.
