Just started fruiting and in the chamber (Alien's tek) I am noticing several very small white fuzzies growing on top of the peat moss. This is the second day.
Is this a bad sign?
Humidity is 85% Temp is 72-80
thank you

as far as I can tell, your casing is looking good. Now just wait for the rest to catch up and start pinning. Also, you may want to look into placing more sterilized peat moss on top of the fuzzy spots which would allow the rest of the casing to catch up.

if it's already into the fruiting chamber pass on the patching, one thing i did notice was the large chunks of peat moss in your mix, try to break all that up as fine as possible and the myc will colonize the casing layer much more even.

Chunks of peat moss are also prone to contaminate easier.
