Happy New Year and best of luck for everyone!
1.spores on PDA
2.several transfers to clean it up
3.after cleaning waited for the new petridishes to fully colonize
4.after full colonization of the petris waited a little more for the pin heads to appear
5.when the pin heads grew up, take and put the biggest and coolest ones on new PDA
6.grew some rhizo mycelium
7.made liquid
8.innoculated oat grains in jars
9.pour the colonized oats in the plastic box
10.let recover for 3-4 days
11.cased with a thin layer of vermiculite only
so besicaly its a clone but straight from the petridish
hope you enjoy the pix
thanks :):)

Damn fine job, barn. So you took the actual mushroom that grew off the agar and cloned it, right?

have saved the pictures from the lost thread and will retell the story in short,

is the print as it came to me,the right low angle was cut and spores taken from there
