has anyone ever used hospital grade sterile water to make their syringes? would this allow you to skip the boiling of the water since its already sterilized?

If it is truly sterile then you already know the answer. You should be able to use it without boiling.

You're looking for Vacutainers, make sure it says "NO ADDITIVE"
