So I've been looking around for good information on Lophophoras' for a while now, and I think its time to make a list of Sites/Threads that I find valuable.

What you Need-

Lophophora williamsii seeds
Lophophora williamsii cacti
Pereskiopsis species cacti
Trichocereus species cacti (Predominant cultivar pachanoi works best, as it was originally selected as a grafting stock)


Start out by growing as many Lophophora williamsii cacti from seed as possible
Begin grafting the Lophophora williamsii cacti to Pereskiopsis when they are around one year old
When the Lophophora williamsii grafted on the Pereskiopsis reach the size of a tennis-ball it's time to degraft them
Now you can either- A)Root the degrafted Lophophora williamsii and grow them on their own roots or... B) Graft them to Trichocereus

Rooting the Lophophora williamsii will make them produce more potent buttons and will be good for eating. Grafting the Lophophora williamsii to Trichocereus will cause them to produce large amounts of seeds.
When your plants begin producing seeds, renew the cycle and continue growing from seeds and then grafting, degrafting, etc.
It is recommends that you grow about 80% of you Lophophora williamsii on their own roots and only graft a small number of them.
