Got some nice flush of Supanburi's going...

Two little trays..
50/50 horse poo/vermiculiet.
Cased with 50/50 Cactus soil/vermiculiet.

Humidifier... 3 hours on..3 hours off, with intervals of 15 minutes (on/off/on/off) to safe water.

The one at the left was pretty big..!
Cloned the big one..and made 5 new spawn jars.

Here some pics :)

Yep first flush...

In the beginning I had four trays, but I didn't wait till my spawn was fully colonized,..so two of them contaminated add the time they started to pin.
The spawn for these two was 100% fully colonized.
Sometimes I think I can get away with things like that, but I'm wrong.

BEEEEEEEEautiful  Was this from multispore or an isolate?

I have read in the vaults about the advantages of cloning the largest fruit from a multi spore grow, but I would like to know if it's still beneficial to clone the largest fruit when working with an isolate?

Making an isolate of a clone has little to no effect.
It's like with apples..planting the seeds will give you a different strain of apples (different color/taste),but if you take a piece of that tree and clone it,then you get the same kind of apple.
If you clone it again, then there can be very small changes, but you hardly notice.
The apples will be the same, but you can make a better/stronger/healty'er tree.

It's hard for me to explain in English, but I hope you understand.

Very nice, Spacecake  !!!

You must have turned on the heater? ;)

BTW, I'm curious how big they are, approximately. They definitely look very big. What's the height/cap diameter (just approximately).

I have only one heating mat turned on..it's about 22-23oC in the growroom.

The caps are 2 cm on average in diameter.
The stems are about 9 cm in lenght.

Those are beautiful, man!

I love those pale white fruits. I think pans are more attractive than cubensis.

Damn those are nice looking...
