That means a lot to me coming from you. Your teachings are fun and rewarding.
These species are truly the gift that keeps on giving ... in more ways then one.

I'm guessing it describes where it was found in Oregon or some such. The bed thats fruiting now is from the spores your friends sent awhile back. The Azure noc has no signs of pins but is exploding with mycelium on the surface.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

Hey while I have you on the line Waylit , do you know anything about a kind of Azure called Azure Noc ? Its been so long I forget the details , just got the syringe off one of our vendors.

Hmm, not off hand. I'm familiar with the Elixier strain, as well as Hammond and Astoria. Not sure what Noc might stand for.

I'm going to strengthen it up a bit and add another layer of plastic.

There's only a thin bubble of fall-like rain. Beyond that its full-on snow and winter up the mountain just a short ways up.
It may be short , but Azure season will be sweet.

Kind of tempted to eat a few of the mature fruits fresh for Halloween tonight.

I have a bed that should fruit this year
That is.....if I can stop looking at it long enough
A watched kettle never boils LOL
Mine are in a 20lb. tub in the 'fridge at 40*F
Where they've been since this Spring.
Thanks for the inspiration!
