Thanks! I took your advice on the next generation of jars. After noccing them through the tyvek i placed a strip of clear packing tape over the top of the hole on the tyvek. This effectively sealed off most of the FAE, but still plenty to breathe. Thanks for the tip! That's what I love about this community, everyone is helpful :)

The first run went so well I decided to try some Texas loosecakes invitro style. Used same procedure but covered most of the tyvek with tape (thanks for the tip MLB Jammer) after noccing. Moisture levels are still good, and they have all erupted with pins. These are qt jars, about half full. How do you know when the first flush is ready to pick?
