When I format my h\drive I put my
Floppy disc in restart it and I’m offered
3 options on screen.
When my friend tries to do it we put the
Floppy in restart it and it by passes that
And goes straight to windows, why wont
His pc notice the floppy.
You put any floppy in my pc and it wont
Start up you have to remove the disc and press
Enter, any floppy in his pc and it jumps past it.

You need to go into the system bios (turn the compouter on press delete when it says press delete to enter setup) then look for the "boot order" your friends computer has the hard drive(C) set to boot before the floppy drive(A), you need to change it so A boots first.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE, if you change the wrong thing in the bios it's easily possible to cause the computer to not work in the slightest, so don't change anything you don't understand, and if you do remember what it was so you can change it back. If you do trash things on accident there are ways to set the bios to default with a jumper or removing the battery, so don't freak out to bad.
