Arezap - don't worry about sealing around the arm holes. Leave that as the area to let your HEPA filtered air blow through the box. You need still air or fast moving %99.99 .3 micron filtered air. If you want fast moving air, you need big holes for that air to exit the box.
Tyvek sleeves are magnificent for this kind of work. These sleeves are great for a still air box or a laminar station. Zen (sponsor and all around great guy) currently has Tyvek sleeves on sale:

Thanks for the compliments.The filter says it is a gauranteed HEPA with .3 micron filtration. There are NO leaks around the filter as the gasket around the filter is compressed. I leave the passthrough doors open to use the HEPA and I even use the passthrough itself for doing quick transfers. When I have large jobs like pouring plates I will use the interior or turn the HEPA off when I want to isolate contaminated cultures. If I knew then what I know now, I prolly would have had the HEPA separate as this setup is a bit cumbersome. However it DOES get the job done and I am able to accomplish everything I need to do with it.

I prolly have about $200 wrapped up in this project. I found a deal on ebay for the gloves. If you keep an eye out you can come across them here and there.

ouch, $200 still seems very expensive
considering it's not laminar flow
and a simple box is as effective.
still it's nicely crafted,
i'd love to see you try it out
on some agar work and see how good it really is.

I don't tend to do things "on the cheap". I buy (and build) to last. If I can't afford it I go without but I can usualy build better then I can afford to buy outright.

I forgot to mention, the culture picture on the right was something I wanted to discuss in a new thread. Both were taken from the same master culture. The one on the left is regular MEA. the one on the right is MEA with left over rye water from jar making. The rye water one has much denser growth then the plain water one. The culture looks cottony in the picture but it is a dense rhizo and is very three dimensional.
I also have some azure an pan/ps cyan work that I will be posting about soon.

Yes I love the fridge. I found it as a closeout for a good price.
I took four separate cultures and from each I made two plates, one with MEA/distilled and one with MEA/rye water. All four of the rye cultures grew much thicker then the controls. Three cultures were of cubes and one pan cyan.

The Pan. cyan was used to put together a mycobag, current picture below. The other two cultures had mold contam, I have included a picture of the one with the least contam. I will be pouing new plates in the future with this rye water to see if the results are consistant. I had more contamination then usual and am wondering if the rye/MEA is more susceptible to conatmination
