Nice! This looks like it's working out really well.

yea better than expected for sure. some more pics two days on.

i get the feeling that reishi is a phototropic mushroom. they seem to be looking for something.
I'm going to switch on the light on top of my fc for the next few days and see how that changes things.

more updates

i think the twisty growth is due to all the moving they get when i take them out of the fc to shoot em.

they still look cool though. i love the wave like pattern you get near the base and the tip very trippy i think.

thanks for the kind words

im going to end this grow logg with a few money shots. as i plan on harvesting today and making myself a nice brew of reishi tea before they spray there spore load all over my other mushroom species in the fc.

if those other jars fruit outside which its looking doubtful ATM, then i will make a sister thread linked to here which should also have a few of the cardboard, wood, verm, bran, cakes that Ive got going at the moment. I'm looking into easy ways of getting more cardboard into my edible wood lovers and i might have found a great way of doing it.
its a bitt too labor intensive squeezing excess moisture out by hand like done with the above jars.

much love guys.
