use river water, so let us say i am making up 24 jars, how much 'river water' can I safely use in my BRF Tek? The total water amount for the 24 jars, I have been reading alot, but not sure if I can go 100% 'natural' water. can ya all break it down for me? thanks in advance.

I'd make sure to pc the brf jars for at least an hour if using river water. :)

I use water from my 3 aquariums to make BRF jars and pc them for an hour. Works well for me.

100% river/lake water works just fine for brf cakes
i agree with freaky,
pc an hour as that is 'living' water
nowhere near sterile.

^^Agreed. That's one of the reasons that Hip's jars are so good; natural water makes all the difference. Time to go melt some snow!
