rye grain in mycobags: spawn to bulk

from start to finish
strain = EQ

1. place inoculated spawn bags into incubator

2. incubate at ~80F [TiT incubator shown]

5. enough growth to knead/mash to speed colonization

6. work to mix the colonized grains into the uncolonized

7. back into incubator a few days gives this-

8. dump finished rye spawn out into bowl/tray for use

9. add pasteurized bulk substrate [chopped straw & manure here]

10. mix rye spawn with bulk substrate well
