I'm looking to start my first grow..with that being said I'd like to get afew ideas and some info. from some of you. ;) I'm looking to find a good growbox kit..if you know what I'm saying..what would be a good strain? I'm looking to get as many mushrooms as possible so should I go with a PC or Pan tek? I guess what I'm asking is whats a good site for growkits and what will i yield the most with pan or pc? thanks :)

not sure what you mean by PC or Pan teks - what are you referring to?
use of a PC is required for quite a few methods (like whole grains).
Pan teks refer to growing panaeolus mushrooms specifically.

as far as a good strain, most strains of cubensis will work fine for beginners, like B+, golden teacher, hillbilly, etc. PE is notoriously unstable and hard to grow, though, so i'd avoid that one for now :)

Thats what I meant Freaky. Thanks for the info guys. Yea for my first real grow I think I'm gonna get a growkit to make things abit easy...lls. :P What are some good ready kits? Like if I got the kit all I'd need is the spores. :P Thanks guys

I'd say if you don't want to make your own jars, order premade sterilized jars and away you go.

Welcome and good luck, South American Ecuadorian P. subcubensis is a good starting strain and a fast conlonizer.

ANy of the Thai strais are also good, the ED I got ten flushes, but then that was a rarity.

go with PF tek, follow it to the letter. though in this thred hip3 fruits invitro, building a fruiting chamber is simple. the choice is yours.
